File Exchange

You want to make a file available for someone?
Upload the file (see below "upload file), copy the URL into an EMail which you send to the receiving person. The receiving person doesn't need any more information.
Alternatively you can write down the TAN and download your data at another PC via "Download File" (see below).

You want to get a file from another person?
Give the URL to that person https://pc14.dife.de/exchange and a Transactionnumber (TAN) , and ask him/her to send you the given TAN or URL which appears after the upload. (If you have entered your EMailadress at the TAN-generation, you get an EMail when the file has been uploaded) . With the TAN you can download the file (see below "Download File"), a given link you can click directly.

Upload File

With this function you can upload a file on the server.

  1. Please change the lifetime of the file on the server. Please choose the time you really need!
  2. enter the TAN in the box below alternatively you can login via DIfE Login.
  3. Choose File (maximal 13380 MB) with a click on the button "Durchsuchen" or "Browse". Please do not type in the filename.
  4. Send the file with a click on "Upload"
  5. Copy the appearing link (or the string) into your clipboard, only with one of these it is possible to download the file from another PC.
After the file will be deleted.

Download File

At the Uploadprocess you got a link or a number which should look like this: ym3l6
Please copy this string into the follwing input box and click the button next to it. To avoid wrong inputs please use the copy function (Copy&Paste):

  1. mark the string,
  2. copy it via Strg+C (in most cases) into the clipboard,
  3. click into this input box and
  4. and paste the string (Strg+V).
